Who I Am

From Boxing Rings
to World Platforms

Born December 12, 1977, in Kampala, Uganda, I traded boxing gloves for a barbell in 2006. Competing at 105 kg (231 lbs) in the 125 kg class, I’ve smashed 30+ world records across the WPA and APA circuits.

My best competition lifts include a 500 lbs squat, 345 lbs bench, and a 545 lbs deadlift. In 2024, at 45 years old, I became the first Ugandan to win back‑to‑back gold medals at the Arnold Classic.

In Gayaza‑Manyangwa, Uganda, I built a home and therapy center for children with autism. These incredible kids deserve a chance to thrive, and through sports, education, and love, we’re making that happen.

My dream is to expand this to support 7,000 children with special needs and prepare them for the Special Olympics.
